Next to The Hampton Inn naer Travelers Rest SC - Great location walking distance to the town of Travelers Rest across the street from the Greenway that runs all the way to Greenville. It's located in an gravel semi parking lot that was next to the Hampton Inn car parking lot. We asked the hotel desk if it was alright if we stayed the night after we walked thru the town. She said no problem as long as you did not block the entrance and truck turnaround. There was one truck in there when we stopped and another in the morning. We parked on the far side near a grassy area. It was a good 300 yards from the hotel so we were able to run the generator with no problem. <br />Editor's note: As with any commercial establishment, always check with the management before setting up!<br /><br />April 2024, site still available. Very flat. A little noisy. Perfect location to jump on the Swamp Rabbit trail.
