On County Road 27 near Cotopaxi CO - BLM Land with few restrictions. There are many camp spots and direct access to ATV/OHV riding trails. The roads are very rough and rocky. DISCONNECT load leveling bars after you turn off US50 or you will snap them. There are several spots located near the river that allow great access for fishing/swimming/rafting. Also, the railroad line that follows the river is out of service, so you don’t have to worry about any trains in the middle of the night.
