Caldwell OH - This is one of about five free campgrounds on American Electric Power former strip mine land that has been reclaimed for recreation. <br /> <br />Oct 6, 2020: There is only one free camp left (Camp K) and they are selling it to the state at the end of 2020. We are hoping they don’t develop it like the others, but probably will. <br /> <br />Oct 23, 2020: They are selling it to the state at the end of the year & AEP will no longer have any of the land
