Caribou-Targhee National Forest near Island Park ID - There are many sites on Red Rock Road, and the nearby Bootjack road for camping. They are in the Targhee National Forest, and are free. Many have campfire rings. Many of the obvious sites and fill up early on the weekends, but there are others that are still good.
