Black Hills National Forest near Custer SD - This site is on USFS property. There is a semi-rutted dirt road that leads the way off of 16 to this site. RV’s would prob not make it but our 4wd vehicle pulling a small pop up camper did. There are multiple pull outs along the road that seem campable but a few that have no vehicles beyond this signs that would not be campable. There were a few people walking their dogs up here the first night we stayed and a couple OHV’s but other then that it was pretty quiet! There is a very small private property way up this road surrounded by a barbed wire fence so make sure you look at Google Maps to make sure you are not on it.
