Short dirt/paved road route with a pullout area right near the where the power lines cross the river. Great view of the river and surrounding area. Far enough from the highway that the noise is minimal.<br /><br />May 2023: This is a great little spot. I turned off on the first one I saw because the road was so rough. Just washboarded gravel is all but I’m the only one here. River just below and cannot hear the road!
