This is relatively level gravel area that always has a pile or two of gravel on it so it may be used by the road crews to store a little road material but there is always ample room. No one has ever said anything to me about staying here for the night or lunch and I have even seen police go by. It’s on top of a hill so it overlooks the the surrounding desert but is also exposed to wind. It’s just far enough from I-70 to mute the traffic noise almost completely. <br />It not an ideal camping spot for a longer stay but can be really handy as a lunch spot or a quick stop over. <br />Any toilets, water, or showers nearby? No except at gas station on the other side of I-70
