You can stay a few nights here if you move around often. My boyfriend and I car camp here often in the Prius. It isn’t a good camping spot to unload everything, rather than parking spots on the beach that aren’t monitored really at all. We do it all the time and the beach is literally right there. You don’t have to pay for parking unlike a lot of other south Florida beaches. You won’t be bothered here if you’re parked over night and you will see others parked too. Since it’s a beach bathroom is public, public outdoor showers too. we see class b and c rvs parked here over night all the time. Class A I’m sure is fine. All vehicle access.
