Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest

Take Forest Road Yeney-Canyon 22492 . At first it seems a bit rough and steep but levels out to reveal some small beautiful meadows. There are small camping spots within the first 1/8 mile then a few more as you go. The one in the picture is about 1/2 mile in. You should not need a 4wd but something like a Subaru will give you more confidence. <br />There is a very small creek that was flowing at the end of November. Plenty of fire wood. Thankful no trash - so let’s keep on keeping it clean! <br /> <br />Level of confidence the site is free: Most likely - Site is on public lands. <br />Toilets nearby: None <br />4X4 or high clearance required: Helpful but not required <br />Cell service available: Verizon <br />Park pass or permit required: No <br />Showers nearby: No <br />Potable water nearby: No <br />Type of property: USFS (US Forest Service)
