Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest

Take Forest Road Yeney-Canyon 22492 . At first it seems a bit rough and steep but levels out to reveal some small beautiful meadows. There are small camping spots within the first 1/8 mile then a few more as you go. The one in the picture is about 1/2 mile in. You should not need a 4wd but something like a Subaru will give you more confidence.
There is a very small creek that was flowing at the end of November. Plenty of fire wood. Thankful no trash - so let’s keep on keeping it clean!

Level of confidence the site is free: Most likely - Site is on public lands.
Toilets nearby: None
4X4 or high clearance required: Helpful but not required
Cell service available: Verizon
Park pass or permit required: No
Showers nearby: No
Potable water nearby: No
Type of property: USFS (US Forest Service)
