A little bit off the paved road once you enter the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, there are signs for trail 7307. About 1.5-2 miles up a gravel path, there is a clearing intended to be a horse trail head that allows overnight parking. Very peaceful, had no issues. Would not recommend for larger RV's due to narrowness of path.
