Mostly a large lot off the Burr Trail in Escalante National Monument. Near Deer Creek campground so it’s a good fall back if that campground is full (which it usually is). Area is sparely surrounded by bushes and trees. It’s actually very scenic and quiet. No cell service even with a cell booster. The monument requests that you obtain a free permit when dispersed camping, but it’s not required.
