Mono Lake View

The best place I've ever boondocked. Large gravel pull off lot that overlooks Mono Lake, and the Yosemite mountains. My family set up a tent, grilled dinner and breakfast without being bothered until the morning when two women pulled up, walked right through our makeshift campsite to take pictures, told us we had "lovely accommodations" then left.

January 19, 2021: Hard to miss it’s a tiny gravel spot next to the road. Enough space for one RV. Nice view. Right on 120

July 2023: Great view over the lake. Good for a small RV. Close to the road, but not much traffic.

Ed note: quick search says campfire permits are required.
