South Railroad Ave and Midland Staten Island, NY <br />I see the same RV parked there all the time. Last time I checked its legal to park on NYC streets for 7 days if your rv has a license plate, registration, inspection and insurance. Usually no cars are parked there. Check street signs before parking. Their is no alternate side parking last time I checked but their might be a meter to pay at certain hours.
